We're suppose to rent here for overnight but it turns out that our reservation had been cancelled by the management (thus explain how on earth we get that Sunway Lagoon Hotel for only rm350 per night)

Sue's happy day

Attended my beloved roommates at Seremban on 13th March 2010.


Sue is half chinese and malay. 2nd sibling of three.
During my university break, i always been invited to stay with her family.
I used to makeup (lightly) Sue in pink whenever we had a function in Uni, and i think that pink really really suits her. (i always had this thinking, Chinese girl looks good in pink.)


(Sloppy jeans...argh!!)
Thats Norena (also half chinese and malay), my close clique and my colleague during my University days.
Her husband is related (cousin) to the groom. Btw, She's married with 1 child now.

The wedding theme is Pink (and i least expected that since her fav. colour is green).
This couple had been together since Sue's 1st year in University (2003).

Her wedding is a mixture of Chinese and Malay's tradition.
Instead of using kompang, she hired the Lion Dance during the 'perarakan' and lit the fire crackers.



Suhaila and Zamzubir(Bad), congratulations and thank you for the invitation. I really wish i could come a day early and help your family but time had not been kind to me :(.

Roommate:
-we share the tiny room for 3 years consequently in Room 306, Block G, Bukit Kachi III, UUM since 2003-2006 and never had any trouble with each other at all.
-we share foods and stress together, celebrate every holidays and events together (yea, im celebrating Raya and she joined my Christmas party as well. lol).
-we both work hard for our final exams by taking turn to sleep XD. She will study on the daytime and i will takeover at the night time.hehehe.

-We share secrets (and gossips) a lot!
-Surprisingly we have a mutual understanding when both of us had a very bad tempered.
-And we sure understand each other favourites a lot (I love black and blue, and she's into green. Imagine our room mixed with Blue and green? it spell HARMONY).
-And also, coincidencely, we both bought our first new car (bought between 1 month difference).She had her Myvi in Green, and i had mine in Black. =)
-we both love travelling a lot..So jealous when she can travel outside malaysia while im still travelling within malaysia XD. nvm, nvm, next year i will go Jakarta (nah, she's been there too ).

Godsister and Godfamily.
-Her family is so welcoming and friendly that i had become their goddaughter. =). I really enjoyed being stuffed by them! hehe Auntie and Uncle cannot tahan see me 'skinny' mebe. lol. XD
-3 years in W.M is not too lonely anymore because i always had a second home at Seremban.

Yeah, i suck in my own race and traditions. Blame to the modernation nowdays. Lol.

I strongly believe Iban's costume is the most complicated and most prettiest traditional costumes because they have alot(i mean ALOT) of accessories made from steel and syillings.
From the headgear, to the arms bangles, and most important, Iban costume do have CORSET made from syillings, it is super tight and heavy (believe me, i tried ordi), many layer of silver/steel belts and to the ankle bangles.

This costume will also making this 'cling-cling' sound (the sound of syilling clashing and moving) when she walks.
For me, I do love the sounds. The louder, the noisier, The BETTER!
