We're suppose to rent here for overnight but it turns out that our reservation had been cancelled by the management (thus explain how on earth we get that Sunway Lagoon Hotel for only rm350 per night)

Sue's happy day

Attended my beloved roommates at Seremban on 13th March 2010.


Sue is half chinese and malay. 2nd sibling of three.
During my university break, i always been invited to stay with her family.
I used to makeup (lightly) Sue in pink whenever we had a function in Uni, and i think that pink really really suits her. (i always had this thinking, Chinese girl looks good in pink.)

Thats Norena (also half chinese and malay), my close clique and my colleague during my University days.
Her husband is related (cousin) to the groom. Btw, She's married with 1 child now.

The wedding theme is Pink (and i least expected that since her fav. colour is green).
This couple had been together since Sue's 1st year in University (2003).

Her wedding is a mixture of Chinese and Malay's tradition.
Instead of using kompang, she hired the Lion Dance during the 'perarakan' and lit the fire crackers.



Suhaila and Zamzubir(Bad), congratulations and thank you for the invitation. I really wish i could come a day early and help your family but time had not been kind to me :(.
Anyhow, i wish u two the best in your life!

Cousins Day Out

(This happen in early March.)

My cousins from Sibu Sarikei is visiting, and while the older folks have their chit chat and play some gambling, we girls (with me the eldest) decided to hangout at BARcelona.

So, after the nightfall, we decided to go clubbing at Cherry Berries since my cousins never had a chance to step into Miri's night clubs yet.
Minus the kids, the youngest cousin is only 17 years old. wakakaka.XD
And im glad im not the eldest as my aunt wanted to be tagged along.


After CB, we decided to continue at BARcelona to fill in our tummy. My crazy and one-&-only male cousin on that day dared us to drink Flaming Lamborgini.


Thats flaming lamborghini and it costs RM30.00.

That is not my first time though and not gonna be my last too i reckon? ;)


I'm cheating cos i only took a tiny slip.
If you ask me, i would say Flaming Lamborghini is the last cocktail i would pick.


Being forced again but hey, Im cheating as usual :)

Its our first time hangout together since most of my cousins are quite far and underaged.
A little few more years then every cousins will be joining the partay. XD

Kampung Dishes

Around end of January, my Sis (Dorin) 's boyfriend came and visit Miri. He had this adventurous spirit in him and he had the guts to try some of Sarawak delicacies.

So our family called our grandma (My mother's mother's sister) and told her that we will visiting.

So here we are...
and the main activities of that half day visit is:

EATING.


Back to Rumah Panjang at Kampung Peninjau (about 1.1/2 hour drive from Town)
