Movie Marathon

My home unable to online since the shitty thieves had cut and stole the cable for the 2nd time (since July). So im stuck with mega-boredom and i went berserk by watching a handful of movies on the last weekend.

Google the synopsis cos im so lahzee to copy paste it.

-Well, story is Okay, balanced plot except there's no WOW factor if compare to previous series of the Apes.

Movie Review: Ice Age 3, Dawn of the Dinosaur

Pros:
Its still the same brat squirrel that creates a good laugh.
This time, the brat squirrel found himself a mate!
I found that new character, Buck is much amusing than the old characters (Mandy, Sid, Diego)

Cons:
Characters are quote predictable (consider its a kiddies Movie afterall)
Mandy is boring as usual.
Ellie is being typical.
Sid is a bit*retarded* as usual.
Diego is emo as usual.

Comments:
I never understand why they keep making this film.Seriously, i think its get a little boring.
I still prefer the first two instead of this one though.
Kids will laugh out loud even if they dont understand what its a bout (yea, few kids laugh out SO loud when we watch this at cineplex).

Movie Review: Transformer, Revenge of the Fallen

I actually watched this movie like 1 and 1/2 month ago. But i delay my reviews as I'm not too keen about the movie.

Pros:
Hilarious Bumble Bee and interesting twisted history.
Thats it.

Cons:
too many robot fighting scene and seriously i almost cant differentiate which robot is which.
Seriously lack of emotions. I feel like.. "those cars and planes fighting really like a machine (yea, their are robots afterall)"
The ending is too soon and kinda 'hanging' (whats the emo background with Prime and Shia?)
Where's bumblebee at the end?
Where's two myvi robots at the end?
What happen to the lil robot that love to 'humps' Megan's leg?
Where's the Autobots? Who's alive and who's dead?
What's the people reaction on accepting Autobots as a part of Earthling at the end?
Too many questions, too little answer and TOO MANY METAL SCRAP.

Comments:

Storyline are too packed with actions.
Just imagine hairdryer vs bread toaster.
There's no blood, emotion; pain feeling, or reaction at all.

Movie Review: GI Joe, The Rise of Cobra

Pros:
When i though Action Movie packed with hi-science tech would be boring,it proves me wrong.
I would say it's not too bad at all, in fact the movie makes sense and logic by science law, not too much of cold faces without emotion (which explain why i never liked Terminator), good flashback once a while, not confusing or too much twisted plot (ie. Angel and Demons) and easy to understand (for slow people like me).
Oh no forgotten, Sienna Miller as MARS/COBRA assassins is a 'wow' factor (tight leather suits you~).

Cons:
I would say I never knew why Snake Eyes never opens his mask.
I dont know what that fake French's PM got to do with Cobra.
(or maybe there's another GI Joe movie?)
Something bout the way the movie end is not really satisfied me. hehe
Thats all i guess? =)

Comments:
Boys definitely love this movie. Girls would say No, but at the end its not that painfull to watch it =)

Hoohooo hooohooo.. Im a big fan of Twilight movies (altho i think the movie had ruin my perfect imagination of Edward Cullen. n yea, i prefer Twilight books). Anyway i never liked Jacob with bella. heeheeeheee ;)

Movie Review: Angels and Demons

I actually watch this few weeks ago but i forgot to post up my reviews. hehehe.
So whats this story bout?
Too bad i dont write synopsis, you just have to goggled it yourself. =P

Pros:
Smooth Story line, Not too complicated and...erm...
I Damn fall in love the historical scenery in it.

Cons:
There is some unexplained part especially bout the research on the 'wad is dat thing called again?'
And it is a serious movie. My forehead kinda frown when watching this.
Btw, i couldnt recall anything special bout this movie.
Its like watch it once, then forget it the next day.

Comments:
Should watch Da vincci Code before i watch this.
(I own the Da vinci Code book but i never able to move on the next few first pages. Guess I'm not into too complicated story).

Got me biting all of my nails when i watched this.
Great story, Great actor, Smooth Plot, and i cant hav enough of it yet.
I luv Wolverine n Gambit ^^

Couldnt find any. XD

Movie Review: Underworld: Raise of the Lycans

It is a must watch movie for those who's watched Underworld 1 and 2.

Rating:
4 of 5 stars

Pros:
Great storyline, Love the gothic element in it.
Great actors, almost 80-90% are from the previous Underworld character.
Effect not so bad, although they can do better.

Cons:
Sonia (Rhona Mitra) is incomparable to Selene (Kate Beckinsale) :)
I wonder where are the elder, Emily(Underworld 1) and Marcus (Underworld 2)

Comments:
I love this dark vampire movie! :)
I hope there's more to come ^^
