Last Friday, I just got back from work around 6.30pm, and i paid a visit to my pets. As usual every time i peek on them, Spooky will run hiding himself, Nini will run to the corner and in the same time play peek a boo with me, while Shorty and Spiky will come near the cage's door and beg for food. But this time Shorty didnt move much and when i checked, his leg was actually trapped between the mesh wire, just beside the cage's door.
I got panicked when i saw the red ants were already squarming to his lil legs and Shorty was crying for help "wheek wheek" very loudly. He was trying to free himself so hard that i scared he might twisted his leg accidently. So i had to grab him ( and bear the kicking and struggles) and push his leg under the mesh wire with my finger. My biggest fear is that shorty's lil leg will snapped, but luckily it got out by lil force and that lil fella shriek out of pain (sorry shorty!).
Gave him a cleanup by putting his leg under the running water and oh boy, he shriek out again. He must be scared since its is his first time being 'wet" (partially).
So to reward his bravery, i gave him this kacang panjang so he can stop kicking on me. hehe.
Bet he must be hungry cos it must been a while he got trapped (judging by the army of ants)

Erm, actually dis pic was taken in wrong angle. Shorty was actually lying down while i just merely hold his body.
It's the right back leg that got injured. Poor lil Shorty.
I didnt plan to put any medication as he will lick it off. I think it will heal itself in a day two =)
Checked his leg. He might suffer a bit cramps/swollen but its still kicking when i poke his leg. hehehe.
Manja. Need to handfed each time. hehehe.

Oh poor Shorty Buzz! Eee keshian-nye! Hp his leg heals soon.. Breaks my heart to see it injured. U feed him more kacang panjang k? N extra kiss kiss from me. hehe.. Mcm my own child hahahaha
